Little Magic Shop

Little Magic Shop is a first person store management and economy driven game in which you your sales influence the world outside of your store.

Manage and balance your reputation and money in order to keep your store going in a world where you're the only source of magic in the town.

Responsibilities

Balancing

Designing and balancing the relation between money and reputation and making sure the player has enough if played well.

Spawning

I was also assigned to design spawning systems for the game. Both for the customers and the dust pile obstacles.

Main Menu

The main menu was created by me,

except for the credits window.

Project Retrospect

The project was a great learning experience for me to grow as a person and learn how to express my opinion on important decisions.

I also learned the importance of communication and how even the slightest bit of obscurity in it can be fatal for the morale of team members.

Trello became one of my favorite tools to use, both setting it up and styling it with colors and images has become a passion of mine afterwards.

 

One of their other elements I enjoy about Trello is being able to "program" different things to create an automated system that lessens the work of whoever is using it, making it easier to use.
